Just like people, not all dogs are eager to embrace new environments or meet new folks and furry friends. We completely get it!
If your dog tends to feel anxious around unfamiliar people or in new settings, we usually suggest scheduling a few day care sessions before committing to boarding.
This way, our team can work with them during those day sessions, helping them gradually feel more at ease.
We'll pair them with one of our team members for the day and gently introduce them to others on the team. And of course, we'll be sure to give them plenty of treats!
As your pup becomes more comfortable and shows more confidence with our team, we'll start to introduce them to other dog guests, getting them ready for boarding.
We understand that you might be a bit anxious about your dog's well-being too, so one of our team members would be happy to give you a tour of the facility and explain what a typical day for your dog would look like.
